<p>Description:</p><p>Raw material sampling technician<br />
Job Purpose:<br />
To perform incoming raw material (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient and Excipient and Primary packaging ) sampling in support drug product manufacturing within a cGMP environment.<br />
Major Accountabilities:<br />
&bull; To collect warehouse document (incoming material checklist, supplier&rsquo;s Certification of Analysis (COA), temperature data log) and GR-slip and pass them to Quality Control (QC) personnel for release packaging compilation.<br />
&bull; To verify sampling area cleanliness and clean up any spillage during sampling.<br />
&bull; To ware personal protective equipment (PPE) and collect samples and weigh the samples from different type of materials and different types of containers (drum, bags) for microbiology testing and chemistry testing.<br />
&bull; To perform daily sanitization of the sampling down flow booth prior sampling activity and general housekeeping after sampling activity.<br />
&bull; To place proper labeling of sampled container and samples and document the sampling information in SDI and relevant logbooks.<br />
&bull; To submit all type of sample (primary, pooled and reserve sample) to QC testing laboratory with sampling document and warehouse document and perform sample receiving in SAP system and submit reserve samples to Quality Assurance team.<br />
&bull; Performs other duties as may be required or necessary.<br />

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT<br />
Qualifications required: Diploma or lower<br />
Number of years of experience including industry: 0-2 year warehouse experience<br />
Systems/Software Experience Required: SAP, Microsoft Office<br />

ADDITIONAL NOTES<br />
The person needs to be physically fit for job (e.g moving 50kg drum using pallet jet, moving 25kg box with hands).</p>
