<p>Enable Pharma to become a leader in business conduct, ethics and integrity by supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective ERC program with specific focus on relevant health regulations and industry codes (e.g., HSA guidelines, SAPI Code and Singapore PDPA).</p>
<p>This position requires experience relating to Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device Compliance, including Commercial, Medical and Field support operations, audit and monitoring techniques, risk identification, data testing and validation processes. This position will focus on support in the risk assessment, risk management plans and remediation plans that conform to current Pharma standards and requirements.</p>

<ol><li>Responsible for transparency reporting and implementation of global tools to the local context (i.e Xpend).</li><li>Carry out internal monitoring on sales &amp; marketing related activities, medical activities and all other activities in-scope.</li><li>Carry out monitoring on identified third-parties independently.</li><li>Understand risks and assists in the Risk Assessment and Monitoring (RAM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process by coordinating with all related stakeholders, including cross divisional ERC &amp; business process owners (for IM and country)</li><li>Assist in the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) in the role of local TPRM Champion by working closely with business owners to ensure proper governance, training and risk-based monitoring</li><li>Provide strong support to assigned business franchises/unit especially for risk identification &amp; mitigation, in the decision making process &amp; subsequent necessary monitoring.</li><li>Provide support to country visit/ country monitoring or internal audit as well as to the implementation of corrective/mitigation actions.</li><li>As part of ERC team, carry out monitoring activities as per plan &amp; drive corrective and mitigation actions.</li><li>Initiate &amp; provide (or support in providing) effective communication, training, and stakeholder management to nurture ethics mindset and principle-based culture.</li><li>May be assigned to handle projects initiated by the department from time to time</li></ol>
